1.Cross the ends of the two ropes to form an X.
2.Feed the left hand rope into the opening near the belt.
3.Wrap the left hand rope around and back to the opening.
4.Then wind the left hand rope around the right hand rope.
5.Place the left hand rope on the right hand rope at the "X" intersection.
6.Loop the left hand rope around and through the newly formed loop.
7.Pull the rope on the left hand to tighten the knot.
8.Slide the knot up and down on the right-hand rope to adjust it.
