How can I be sure of an item's color?

What you see in the pictures are the natural colors of the fabric. We use natural light for taking fabric pictures.

Color appearance may vary due to monitor settings.

In case customers announce that the product's colors do not match the photo, customers have to send a picture of the product they received via Email, and we will make a decision.

I have an incorrect item in my order, what do I do?

We want to sort out any issues with incorrect items straight away. So don't hesitate to contact our Customer Care team with your order number.

How do I use PayPal as a payment method for my order?

You'll need to set up a PayPal account on the PayPal website to pay with PayPal. And you Can pay With PayPal on the checkout page. PayPal also accepts credit card payment methods.

How can i get a copy of my receipt/invoices?

If you've created an account during/before you've placed your order, click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right-hand side of our site to print invoices.

Will I have to pay SalesTax?

You do not need to pay sales tax from online store(Except Facebook/Instagram Sales Channel).

Can i make change to my order?

If it's only been a couple of hours since the order was placed, and you've realized you've made an error in your order, there's a good chance that we can still make that change for you. We do pride ourselves on quick processing and shipping.

On the other hand, suppose it's been more than a couple of hours since the order was placed; there is a good chance it has already been processed or shipped. Then, unfortunately, no changes will be able to be made.

Do i need to pay customs/duty/import taxes?

For international shipments, our shipping quotes do not include any customs/duty/import taxes, which are imposed by the respective international countries, and not by us or the shipping carrier.

Any customs/duty/import taxes required will be the recipient's sole responsibility.

Unfortunately, as this may differ from country to country, we cannot give you an accurate estimate.

Please check with your country's customs for details terms and regulations for incoming shipments from an international country.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on the weight of the package and its destination. You can calculate a shipping quote after items are added to your shopping cart by using the “Shipping Rate” feature on the dropdown cart menu, on the cart page before and during the checkout process.

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note you will be responsible for return shipping costs and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How long does my refund take?

Refunds for online orders are generally processed within 1-2 weeks of your returned merchandise arriving at our warehouse.

How can i get return for refund?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Which items cannot be returned?

Can I have items sent to someone as a gift?

If you want to send something to someone as a gift, you can use their address as the shipping address for your order.

Unfortunately, we don’t offer a gift-wrapping service so that the goods will arrive just like a regular order.

You might want to warn the lucky person, so they know to expect a parcel!

How can I search for an item on your site?
